I am so happy with my new Venom! So is my back. The innovative change is genius. I lost the battery from the first one I bought. Cannot find it anywhere so I ordered another and was surprised to see that it was different and that the two square black boxes are no longer there. Instead the round control does all that the two others did without the possibility of falling out at the slightest wrong movement. Firmly attached, it allows moving around comfortably without fear of losing the battery and without having to hold onto it if you bend over without holding on to it to keep it from jumping out. Since I use it while sitting and while being active, I find good support for my back that soon begins to complain loudly without some support of one kind or another. This is the best support and massage treatment that I have found because it is helpful and delays any discomfort whether the massage factor is on or off. There is another difference that matters to me. It is the fact that the Venom adjusts to my size - which is not small or even Medium! It is so comfortable that I do not want to take it off! Hurrah for the Venom improvements. It is well worth the cost. I have many other back braces and none are as satisfying or helpful as this new version of the Venom.

I ordered this product, the Venom Back heating and massage system, some time ago. Over time this has proven again and again to provide relief to my back while it enables me to move around while it heats and massages if I must do something. Not being attached to the electric socket is so very convenient especially when something suddenly appears that causes one to have to do something and one does NOT have to unplug or unattach the Venom. My only suggestion is that it would be so nice to have one size larger! Thank you for introducing me to Venom and for carrying it on your web site.
